This 2-story, 1928 sq. ft. townhome has 3 bedrooms/2.5 bathrooms as well as a master bathroom with garden tub and walk-in shower, guest bathroom with tub/shower combination, free wi-fi, 4 TVs (2 flat screen), DVD, washer/dryer, screened lanai, 2-car garage, and community pool. Beds: K/TT/TT. 1-month minimum rental. Sleeps 6. Must have bar code from HOA Tropical Isles to enter community. NOTE: Sail Harbour requires a lease application and a background check to be ran on all adults occupying the rental for the term of the lease $25 per adult U.S., $35 per adult Canadian, $85 per adult Overseas for background check fee will be added to your reservation upon booking. Application to be submitted 60 days prior to arrival. Online reservations accepted only from the first of the month to the first of the month.
