Property details are drawn from publicly available listings. Availability and pricing shown by the concierge are retrieved live from the real booking engine at the time of your question, but they are informational only — the rate and availability that apply to an actual reservation are those confirmed on royalshell.com or with the Royal Shell reservations team at (866) 202-0723.
Concierge conversations & watchers
Chat conversations are stored in your browser and processed to generate responses. If you activate a watcher or ask for a follow-up, the email address you provide is used to send you that update. Do not submit sensitive personal information through the chat.
